Together we will collaborate on working towards your unique and optimal state of well-being. As a health and wellness coach, I will not tell you what is best for you, instead, I will inspire, educate and empower you to make choices that are most appropriate for you and your personal situation.

    • What is your description of your best self?

  • Identify what is happening now

    • What current behaviors do you feel are not in line with your VISION?

  • Discuss what the options are to get to where you want to be

    • What are small, sustainable steps that can be developed to help you live a balanced and nourished life?

  • Discuss what is getting in the way

    • What challenges are you facing that are making you feel stuck?

  • Develop an action plan on how to meet your goals

    • What is the detailed list of things to be done to help you achieve your VISION? (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound)

  • Work together on how to implement your plan including identifying challenges and developing strategies to best meet your individual situation
