Meet Kathleen

I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.  Through my own health journey, I learned how everything I chose to eat impacted my health, how constant stress led to poor sleep, how unresolved emotions were creating toxicity in my body, mind and heart and most importantly I had a say in my health.  

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach I use motivational interviewing, the principles of Functional Medicine, mind-body practices and positive psychology.  We will work together to co-create a plan that aligns with your vision of wellness for you.
